Terms & Conditions:

• This warranty is only valid when both the charger and its warranty are purchased together in a single order.

• This warranty provides coverage for manufacturing defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.

• Should the charger malfunction due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, a replacement will be provided, free of charge.

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or any other circumstances, including normal wear and tear.

• The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, fires, floods, or other acts of nature.

• Clutch will only provide one (1) replacement charger per warranty period of three (3) years.

• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the charger.

• Clutch reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time without prior notice.

• By purchasing this warranty, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this warranty.

• To make a warranty claim, please email us at hello@clutchcharger.com within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase.

• Clutch reserves the right to inspect the charger to determine the cause of the malfunction before approving any warranty claims.
